Matfer-Brioche Mold
These Brioche Molds are made of steel, and are P.T.F.E. (nonstick) coated. The gray colored outside lacquer facilitates the diffusion of heat, which gives better baking results. The excellent part about the P.T.F.E. nonstick is while using these molds they require very little greasing and are easy to clean. These molds are versatile and can also be used for other items. 4 ounces per mold
