Attached to a heavy-duty motor base with rubberized no-skid feet, the glass jar holds up to 40 ounces. The tightly fitting cover includes a 2-ounce measured pour lid, which is great for taste testing and can be removed for ventilation when blending hot items. The blade should be soaked in warm water and then hand washed; the glass jar is dishwasher-safe.
