Return / Exchange Policy

Effective September 1, 2009

Return/Exchange Policy is as follows:

  • If the wrong product, size or color is ordered by you, and you request an exchange; we will process and ship it after we receive the original product. You are responsible for the shipping cost. If you would like to return the product, a 10-25% restocking fee will be charged to cover the cost of handling.  The fee is determined by the Manufacturer not AbcCook.com.
  • If your shipment contains a defective product or the wrong item was sent to you, please contact us via phone or email to schedule a return within 14 days of recieving the product along with the invoice or packing slip and we will replace it at no cost to you or refund your money.

  • Please call or email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) so we can arrange for the return/exchange.
  • AbcCook.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee, 10-25%, depending on the product being returned. 
  • Items must be returned in sellable conditions or it will NOT be refunded. We recommend that you insure your package when shipping back to AbcCook.com.
  • Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund for shipping charges, unless the product is defective or we are at fault.
  • For items (drop-shipped) not shipped from our main warehouse in Fort Lauderdale, Fl. additional fees for restocking may be charged.
Please note:
  1. All returns/exchanges must contain the invoice or packing slip.
  2. The item(s) must not be used and must be in its original condition for a refund.
  3. Products returned for exchange or refund after 15 days of recieving is subjected to a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise noted.
