If the wrong product, size or color is ordered by you, and you request an exchange; we will process and ship it after we receive the original product. You are responsible for the shipping cost. If you would like to return the product, a 10-25% restocking fee will be charged to cover the cost of handling. The fee is determined by the Manufacturer not AbcCook.com.
If your shipment contains a defective product or the wrong item was sent to you, please contact us via phone or email to schedule a return within 14 days of recieving the product along with the invoice or packing slip and we will replace it at no cost to you or refund your money.
Please call or email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) so we can arrange for the return/exchange.
AbcCook.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee, 10-25%, depending on the product being returned.
Items must be returned in sellable conditions or it will NOT be refunded. We recommend that you insure your package when shipping back to AbcCook.com.
Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund for shipping charges, unless the product is defective or we are at fault.
For items (drop-shipped) not shipped from our main warehouse in Fort Lauderdale, Fl. additional fees for restocking may be charged.
Please note:
All returns/exchanges must contain the invoice or packing slip.
The item(s) must not be used and must be in its original condition for a refund.
Products returned for exchange or refund after 15 days of recieving is subjected to a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise noted.
